High-End Chic Apartment, Close to Burj Khalifa

Our stay was a deeply disappointing and unhygienic experience, with false advertising, poor maintenance, and complete di Positive: Nothing Negative: Our stay at this property was unacceptable and disappointing. The unit was unhygienic and poorly maintained, with a corroded bathroom mirror and garbage bin, and shampoo dispensers on the wall that were completely empty. Instead, we were given cheap, motel-style toiletries that barely lasted a day despite staying for four nights. The washer was unusable, as it didn’t spin properly, and I even found a soaked towel left behind by the cleaning team, showing a complete lack of care. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the Booking.com listing is misleading, using photos of other units to manipulate expectations. Despite raising concerns with the property and contacting Booking.com for help, my inquiries went unanswered, and no action was taken to address the issues. My family and I felt so uncomfortable that we dreaded returning to the unit each day. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I strongly advise against booking this property.

Great stay in downtown dubai Positive: Absolutely well maintained, clean and very central. It had a great vibe.you could walk around, taxis came in 2 minutes when called, careem and talabat delivered everything you needed for the stay. Had a lovely pool and gym for workout... Many restaurants under and around the building. Opposite Taj hotel in downtown. Negative: Nothing not to like except, I wish there was a dryer along with washing machine since weather is hot and you need to change your linens and cottons few times a day! There was no cleaning service. And the separate service asked for was much more expensive then urban company.
