Positive: قربها من الخدمات وبرج خليفه Negative: كانت تحتاج لسباكة حيث من بداية سكني كانت المجاري مسدوده وتم الطلب من الاستقبال ولم يتم توفير ذلك ايضا كذب الماجر بانه تم التدخين في الشقه ولم يتم التدخين نهائيا داخل الشقه وهذا سوء تعامل منهم
