Disappointed experience, bad staff.
Positive: The property in a good location downtown.
Negative: Staff are not helpful not welcoming, once we have stayed they never answer the WhatsApp. There was flies everywhere. Unfortunately nice property but not nice experience. They have told booking team that we have used iron and broke it, and never returned access parking card that we have never received. And that was a lie unfortunately. Very disappointed experience.
